Mossburn Signature Cask Series

Cask Bill No. 1 in this Mossburn Signature Cask series is a brilliant whiskey displaying a seductive potpourri, reminiscent of the signature Island coastal smoke and spice on the nose, with a touch of tannin spice on first sip, mellowing to heathery pepper with a dry, fiery kick. Cask Bill No. 2, meanwhile, has a nose that presents clean, light sherry and oaky spices with heathery vanilla, progressing to a rich but not overly-sweet palate with light-citrusy spice, white pepper and a touch of exotic fruits.

ITALICUS Rosolio di Bergamotto

Reinterpreting the almost forgotten Italian category of Rosolio, ITALICUS is lightly citrusy on the nose, with hints of rose and lavender. The palate progresses to delicate spices and zesty bergamot and citrus. It’s floral and zesty on the finish – the perfect cocktail for those who want a sweeter alternative to an aperol spritz that’s incredibly refreshing. Saluti!
