The Ivy Market Grill launches Escape into Colour

The Ivy Market Grill has launched their latest campaign, Escape into Colour. In celebration of renowned British artist, Chila Burman– who will be bringing the streets of Covent Garden alive with an immersive, neon art installation – The Ivy Market Grill will be transforming their Henrietta Street entrance with a brightly coloured, peacock-inspired installation in collaboration with Bombay Sapphire.

Available from Friday, 10th September, the striking display will be filled with an abundance of peacock-themed deep purples, vibrant greens and beautiful blues, designed to excite and entice as the days get shorter and the nights get darker.

Firing up imaginations, the bar team have also created a visually tantalising and delicious cocktail menu for guests to enjoy. ‘Crimson Crush’ (£9.75) is a refreshing Bombay Sapphire Gin-based cocktail with lemon juice, creÌme de mure, garnished with an LED light, lemon and blackberry. Tequila based, ‘Aqua Haze’ (£10.75), contains Patron Silver Tequila, Blue Curacao, lime juice, agave and a smoked rosemary sprig garnish. ‘Firelite’ (£9.75) incorporates Bacardi Spiced Rum, Triple Sec, orange and chocolate bitters, finished with flaming overproof rum and a marshmallow for toasting.

‘Peacock Blush’ (£10.75) is created with Grey Goose Vodka, Rhubarb Liqueur, lemon juice, hibiscus syrup, apple juice, shaken with egg white and garnished with a peacock cocktail topper. Last but certainly not least, ‘The Emerald Fizz’ (£10.25) features fresh cucumber, fresh mint leaves, St Germain, lemon juice and sugar, garnished with a cucumber ruffle and edible flower.

Hannah Standring, General Manager at The Ivy Market Grill says: “We are thrilled to be a part of such an exciting, colourful and visual project. We hope visitors to Covent Garden over the coming weeks will enjoy our beautiful floral installation and delicious, limited-edition menu items in partnership with Bombay Sapphire.”

The Ivy Market Grill offers relaxed, all-day dining, with a number of tables available for “walk-ins” and a terrace for those looking to dine al fresco.
