7 Star Life’s ultimate natural autumn/winter beauty guide

As the weather gets colder the needs of our delicate complexions change. Icy temperatures, higher settings on central heating and even gorging on stodgy and sugary comfort foods all contribute to sorry skins crying out for extra TLC. Here are my favourite natural and organic products to help you put your best face forward this autumn and winter without a toxic chemical in sight.

Delarom Hydrating Balancing Aroma Neroli Flower Face Oil

This lightweight facial oil is naturally scented with glorious neroli flower and evokes blissful spa memories from the comfort of your own bathroom. Made up of 100% pure essential oils, this divine elixir hydrated my parched complexion and left me with a glow up that pleased my eyes every time I passed a mirror. A great autumn/winter beauty essential.

Alteya Organics cold pressed rosehip seed oil

Perfect for the colder months, this deeply nourishing certified organic facial oil is rich in moisturising essential fatty acids and antioxidants to not only hydrate but fight against ageing free radical damage caused by pollutants. I love layering it on after I’ve moisturised my face with Alteya Organics pure moisture face cream which contains equally skin-nourishing organic and plant based ingredients.

Studio Botanic Facial oil

This golden-hued beauty Godsend is composed of the most skin-loving oils known to man. Bakuchiol, hemp oil, passion fruit oil, Kauai oil and meadow foam herb oil work in synergy to hydrate, repair and strengthen the skin’s delicate barrier – a must during colder seasons. Layer under your favourite moisturiser on damp, post shower skin for the ultimate autumn/winter glow.

Lyonsleaf body butter

I became somewhat addicted to this ultra rich body balm/butter soon after my early autumn Ibiza holiday when my sun-drenched skin was in desperate need of an intensely soothing and moisturising product. Made by the wholesome Lyons family who grow their own herbs on their idyllic farm in Somerset, this wonder product was recently awarded a gold medal at the Skinsmatter FreeFrom Skincare Awards.  It contains a plethora of essential oils and natural fatty acids which match the same natural lipids found in the epidermis, so they effectively help maintain the skin’s moisture barrier without upsetting its natural balance. Apply after bathing for a blissfully scented body and a sultry sheen.

Studio Botanic Face Cream

Premium quality hemp, olive oil and vegan wax help make this lightweight, plant-based facial cream deeply moisturising and ideal as a base for makeup. Perfect for those who like intensely hydrating moisturisers without a greasy after feel, this wonder cream also contains cannabis seed oil which helps detoxify skin and promote a glowing complexion. I’m also a massive fan of this Germain brand’s minimalist, clinical-chic packaging.

Sakrid Superfood Frenzy Organic Facewash

Winner of the prestigious global green beauty awards 2021, this certified organic, foaming face wash deeply cleanses whilst stimulating cell renewal, leaving skin with a healthy, fresh glow. A concoction of complexion perfecting ingredients such as green tea leaf extract and grapefruit peel oil cleanses away deeply embedded makeup and oils without stripping the skin of its precious natural oils, Perfect for using daily in the shower before finishing with a good facial oil and moisturiser.

Inlight Facial Beauty Serum Treatment

I visited this 100% organic family brand at their holistic beauty labs in Cornwall almost 10 years ago and still swear by their lovingly made, results driven organic skincare using the finest natural ingredients. Part of their luxury supreme range, this special treatment is comprised of 4 vials that detoxify, replenish and nourish over the course of a moon cycle as the 28 days syncs with the skin cells’ turnover time. Created by the renowned Dr Mariano Spiezia to support the skin through seasonal transitions, this treatment is perfect for entering Autumn. Launching in time for the full moon this month, only 50 have been made for the price of £350 and are expected to sell out fast. After using this product my skin appeared hydrated, glowing and vibrant. One of my all time beauty favourites.

Fret not for The Karry is the answer to all your beauty jet setting prayers.
