Seasonally led and proudly British, Brasserie 1727’s menu delivers on taste and quality throughout each dish, with starter highlights such as Mussels on Toast with cockles, white wine velouté, cuttlefish cracker and sea herbs; Twice Baked Cheese Souffle with pumpkin velouté and fig leaf oil; Wye Smokery Smoked Salmon with crème fraiche, caperberries and pumpernickel bread.
Guests are truly spoiled with delicious main courses that include Porcini & Pecorino Orzo Pasta with mascarpone, pickled Shimeji mushroom, and black truffle dressing; Stonebass Fillet, red lentil and squash dhal, mussels velouté and seaweed crisp; 20 Day Matured Venision Haunch of Surrey Fallow Deer with celeriac, blackberry, purple carrot, kalettes and juniper jus; Baby Spinach Salad, red onion, pumpkin, quinoa, edamame, truffle and Yuzu vinaigrette; Lightly Battered Cod with crushed peas, chunky chips, and tartare sauce; and Cornfed Chicken Breast with confit shallot, smoked pomme puree, king oyster mushroom and Diane sauce.
Ending on a high, diners are treated to Burnham Beeches’ creative takes on the classics
such as Spiced Apple and Blackberry Pavlova with Granny Smith sorbet; Fig Leaf Pannacotta with hazelnut and fig salad, fig sorbet; Vegan Chocolate Mousse with vanilla ice cream and coca nib tuille; Warm Treacle Tart with bitter orange gel, clotted cream; a selection of British cheeses with Comte, Baron Bigod, Barkham blue, Solstice, Clara,
garnished with garden chutney and artisan crackers; or the Sticky Toffee Pudding to share with date puree and stem ginger ice cream.

The Tea Room

cheese; Coronation Chicken on brioche; Free Range Egg Mayonnaise with mustard cress;
Berkshire Ham with English mustard; and a Welsh Rarebit Tart which is to die for!
For the second course, guests can delight in both plain and raisin scones with Devonshire clotted cream accompanied by a choice of British preserves including strawberry, blackcurrant and lemon curd.
Finally, guests will be served an assortment of tantalising Afternoon Tea cakes and sweet treats.
Catering to all ages, The Tea Room offers a special ‘Children’s Afternoon Tea’ to surprise
and delight the little ones. Children can indulge in a selection of finger sandwiches
including cheese, strawberry jam and honey roast ham; fresh cut vegetables and
hummus; a plain scone and doughnut; and an assortment of tantalising Afternoon Tea
pastries. All these delicious foods are served alongside a homemade strawberry, vanilla
or chocolate milkshake.
Having hosted the England men’s football team in the past when they trained in the area in time for their home games at Wembley, guests can find sporting memorabilia on the walls inside Burnham Beeches.
