Handmade pasta lovers flock to new South Kensington Italian restaurant Al Dente

Being unashamed pasta lovers, the 7*Life team was excited to hear that authentic handmade pasta restaurant Al Dente opened its flagship dine-in venue in London’s chic South Kensington.

Al Dente is a traditional Italian pasta brand with two dine-in and takeaway locations in Fitzrovia and Monument, and further dark kitchens in Wood Green, Hackney, and Waterloo. Al Dente focuses on offering authentic, and traditional Italian pasta dishes, all prepared in their signature Pastificios and freshly made every day. True to their name, Al Dente brings a bite of Italian culture to the nation’s busy capital.

Truffle galore…

This new dine-in location adds to the existing portfolio of affordable eateries located in Fitzrovia andMonument, and offers a new dining experience through its large eat-in capacity and on-site signature Pastificio, where pasta is made fresh daily. At 180 square metres, and capacity for 50 diners indoors and 12 al fresco, Al Dente South Kensington will bring a taste of Italy to West London with each plate.

Built on the principle of championing local ingredients and creating fresh pasta daily, Al Dente provides a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of London, transporting guests to an Italian getaway. Diners will be able to look into a window where the pasta experts craft fresh pasta from start to finish in real time. A relaxedatmosphere coupled with perfectly al dente pasta, Aperol Spritz in hand all make for the perfect dining experience.
