VistaJet’s in-house nutritionist, Jenna Daou, plays a crucial role in this wellness journey. She meticulously examines every stage of the journey, ensuring that the food served on board is not only delicious but also meets the highest standards of freshness, quality, and nutritional value. “The focus on ingredients is everything, and I am looking deep into where I am sourcing my ingredients from,” Daou explains. “We work with over 7,000 suppliers who are knowledgeable about nutrition and diet, especially when what we each eat is so very personal.” Even the chefs are engaged in conversations about the weight of ingredients and calorie counts, to deliver a truly nourishing experience.

The in-flight experience is designed to promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and revitalization.
