From Friday 20th – Sunday 22nd July, LoveFit – Britain’s first music, food and fitness festival returns to the lush, green grounds of the St Clere Estate in Kent.
The feisty health and fitness festival’s first year witnessed over 1000 fitness, music and clean-eating enthusiasts mince around serene woodlands, gorge on healthy eco-friendly boxes of food, swim laps in a natural lake, workout in a variety of fitness classes and dance the night away to the sultry sounds of world-class DJs.
This year, the festival offers wholesome pleasure-seekers a unique mix of music from international DJs, live acts and world class fitness personalities, studios and instructors including King of Gym’s 1Rebel, MTV Fit’s Charlotte Holmes, and Fierce Grace Hot Yoga.
Expect an adrenaline-pumping adventure programme, boutique camping, wood-fuelled hot tubs and an expanded food and drink selection, including tasty newcomers – Body Burger and Vits & Kicks.
Over 2000 attendees are expected this summer, and they have plenty to look forward to – from paddle boarding to aerial acrobatics, woodland obstacle trails to slacklining (we don’t know what this is either, but we’re GAME!), all included in the ticket price.
Find your zen by partaking in a spot of hot yoga in a yurt, wild swimming, health workshops, competitions, tournaments, spinning classes in the trees and meditative sessions watching the sunsets, before dancing the night away under the stars.
A lineup of fitness and wellbeing stars include Chelsea and Everton FC physio Lily Sabri, ‘GQ Star Trainer of the year’ Esmee Gummer and MTV’s ‘EX On The Beach: Body SOS’ star Charlotte Holmes. Who remembers Mr Motivator? He’ll be there to host a cheeky workout or two, so get your cameras ready.
To keep those beautiful bods hydrated and suitably fuelled, there’ll be an array of enticing food and drink on offer. Meat eaters, vegans and vegetarians are all catered for, so think healthy burgers and Instagramable vegan creations made with obscene amounts of avocado.
Get ready to party (and workout) hard…
Weekend tickets start from £89 and are available here.
