One Hundred Shoreditch – One of London’s most exciting openings in 2022

One Hundred Shoreditch, opened its doors in East London earlier this year and it’s arguably been London’s most exciting hotel opening in 2022.

Creative design space

Prominently located on Shoreditch High Street, the design led, independent hotel
offers a vibrant and social programme of events encompassing music, art,
fashion, design and wellbeing, which has been running throughout the year.

The hotel’s creative hub, gallery and art space, The Workshop, partnered with Nelly Duff, the East-End art institution on London’s Columbia Road to showcase global contemporary and urban print and street art. The Workshop has rotated exhibitions, events and pop-up retail to bring guests the best of East London’s buzzing and original cultural scene.

Drinks space

In the basement of the hotel, you’ll find Seed Library – the laid-back cocktail bar from drinks visionary Ryan “Mr Lyan” Chetiyawardana. The drinks harness a rich manifesto of heritage ingredients, resulting in new takes on favourite serves with a cleaner, differently
composed balance sitting alongside a handpicked selection of beers and wine.

Head upstairs to The Rooftop at One Hundred Shoreditch and you’ll be wowed by panoramic views of East London. Couple this with a menu of Champagnes, sparkling wines, cocktails and spritzes, and this space is perfect for long al fresco nights. Pink
marble accents and lush foliage come together to create a space that feels like a
private garden in the heart of Shoreditch, which can be privately booked for
events.

There’s also The Lobby Bar, which act as the hotel’s living room; a comfortable space
serving a selection of drinks and cocktails alongside Neapolitan pizzas.

Food space

One Hundred Shoreditch offers the largest choice of restaurants and bars within
one hotel in the area, including three bars, a restaurant, a coffee shop using local
roasters Ozone Coffee, and a take-out hatch ensuring that there’s something for
everyone at any time of day or night.

As a playful extension of the restaurant, the Hatch has been a fun addition to the Shoreditch High Street, offering an easy way to order seafood and snacks to eat on the go.

Sleep space

The 258 bedrooms and suites have been designed with calm and comfort in mind,
giving guests headspace and a place to disconnect from the outside world. The
rooms are finished in neutral colour schemes with original abstract art, while the
suites feature a mix of bespoke furniture and curated vintage pieces, in addition to
large terraces with views of Shoreditch and the London skyline.

Designed by Lore Group Creative Director Jacu Strauss, One Hundred Shoreditch
reflects how the area has evolved during the last decade with interiors that mirror the
neighbourhood’s new, grown-up feel while retaining the buzz and vibrance
synonymous with the area in the hotel’s public spaces.
