The tasting menu at Osteria comprises a seasonal, imaginative dishes such as Five Ages of Parmigiano Reggiano, which sees the region’s award-winning local cheese served in forms and textures most diners will never have experienced.

Massimo credits his Italian dishes as being a celebration of Emilia-Romagna; his home province in northern Italy where the restaurant is based, and despite a modernist approach manages to elevate the classic flavours of Northern Italy without compromising on the integrity of their origin.

Likewise, Oops! I Dropped The Lemon Tart  also features on the menu and is served dismantled on the plate, living up to it’s namesake; perfectly demonstrating the playful whimsy which channels through the menus here.
